know. This a pretty rare token. I don't know the reason but this $1.00 and the .999 silver $25 token were both not approved and were sent back for destruction. Guess a few did get out anyhow. Maybe one the executives at MGM get one. And this is it.

Could be a simple as they did not have Sugar Ray's approval to use his likeness. Much like the Rockets did not give the Flamingo their approval to use their likeness on the $10 strike and it had to be removed from play.
