When my boss drive his daughter to school this morning he learned that there were two families whose father's perished in the World Trade Center. Another father is in the hospital. A friend's elderly mother was on a high floor of the Trade Center and was not capable of making it down the stairs on her own. She has not been heard from.

To understand what is going on here. Try not to think about numbers. Numbers don't make sense. Instead think about your family or your neighbor's. Think that there is a father or a mother who is never to come home again. As the hours go on, I am sure to learn the fate of others. When all is said and done, I feel that no one in NYC will be left untouched. Everyone will suffer either an immediate loss or will know of someone who has been lost. All the people of NYC and all the people of the United State of America and all the people of the free world have been savagely attacked.
