Seems both tribes/casinos in CT are feeling their oats. The Mohegan has their casino in PA and now this. Also, the two tribes together are trying to build a casino north of Hartford (south of Springfield MA) to compete with the MGM in Springfield. Is this happening elsewhere? I know Wind Creek (Alabama?) bought what was the Sands in PA and also two affiliated casinos in Aruba.
