My office is now gone. It was on the 82nd Floor of One World Trade Center (the tower with the antenna). This was ground zero of the first attack this morning.
Fortunately I stayed home today - I did not feel well this morning and thought that I would stay home and take my mom to Newark Airport for her trip back to Florida.
I have spent the day trying to reach the 50 or so members of my staff. I have reached most and they were able to get out with 3 so far having minor injuries. I am still trying to reach about 6.
What can I say - I thank God.
