I don't know the specifics of the situation you describe, but in general, doesn't allow for off-site purchase/sales activity. See screenshot of their policy below. They can even suspend "offenders" so it wouldn't be in the sellers interest to take up your offer. (Of course 's motive includes being able to make a commission, among other things too.)
