Welcome, What you have are not antique, but newer plastic chips. The fancy artwork is a cancellation stamp. I tried to locate the one I can read, Broadway Card Room and it is not in the chipguide so I have no idea where it is from. Maybe somebody will come along and be able to tell you more about them.
