Young electric sign company recently gave Vegas Vic a complete overhaul ....If you notice his hat is missing a couple of feet off the top so they can accommodate the roof on Fremont Street at one time he used to talk but the people in the hotel rooms complained of the noise late at night also his arm used to move pointing to the casino “pioneer club”...Anyway I’m glad they restored him he’s good for another decade or so ....
