Walter & Victor (and a few others) are using the same computer at the same time but don't know it. Only when the medication takes effect do the other 12 users go away (and grammer & spelling improve), but by that time it's impossible to type wearing a straight jacket.

So, I believe him. He dosen't know who the others are using his computer at the same time he is! LOL (I think he (they) had a sister named Sybil, remember her?)
