Panguine or PAN was a card game played like gin rummy.
Some melds (combinations) were worth money and some not.
This dime chip was used as a drop chip for a short time when I dealt there in 1989.
I don't recall it being used for anything else.
So most of these chips should be in new or close to new shape, if you can find them.
