Just have the person sending you money go into PayPal and use the email address tied to your PayPal account to send the money. Ask them to use the "send to a friend" option -- the one with no fee.

Once they've done that, you'll get notified by PayPal that you have funds available. You can then log in to PayPal, accept the money, and tell PayPal what you'd like to do with it. Normally, I just transfer it to one of the bank accounts associated with my PayPal using the next day option (again, the one with no fee...I hate fees). Sometimes, if I do that early enough in the day, the transfer still takes place the same day.
