Here's a couple of photos I took about 2 years ago, around the time the prior owner filed for bankruptcy. Since then, Larry Ellison (CEO of Oracle) purchased the property and plans to reopen it.

According to article linked below (March 2019) Ellison is about ready to submit plans for the property. Hard to tell if any of the historic parts will remain or not?

Ellison has a very large double-lot lakefront home on Lake Tahoe in the Incline Village area nearby.
