For those knowledgeable about the history of gambling and some of the more infamous
characters associated with Nevada gambling something happened this week which is rare.

Recently, the Nevada Gaming Commission has removed a name of a mobster who was listed
in the infamous "Nevada Black Book". No one could argue with the reason for removing
Charles Joseph “Charlie Moose” Panarela as he had died.

He was reportedly a hit man for one of the New York crime families.
