Cuba was a very corrupt society especially in gambling, ladies and drugs ....If you think none of the dealers and floor people were not stealing .... think again.... the mason company, the manufacture of the hub mold should’ve pointed this Potential problem to maybe Jake Lansky who ran the casino operation ....I’m not saying Meyer Lasky was stupid .... but having two black Chips with the same inserts in use is not real smart ....
