Hi. I was hoping that someone might be able to help with a chip I.D.. I have a $100 Castaways H.C.E chip & it appears to be a plastic type mold. This being my first H.C.E. chip, I was wondering if this chip is supposed to be of a plastic looking mold. I appreciate any assistance...a scan of the chip is below.
