John and Scott. I know both of you and consider you my friends so please don't take this personally, but I don't believe is was correct to attack any of the board members in the way you did.

Now if you want to go on a Clinton witch hunt, you can count me in, but until I see any evidence of wrongdoing by any of our board members, I have to strongly oppose your accusations.

Just having a difference of opinion doesn't in any way suggest having an ulterior financial motive.
