The construction appears to match and being a true die-cut metal inlay and not an overlay as seen in other gaming jurisdictions in Europe.

This chip does not have an ID.

...and these (matching construction) are from Spain (ChipGuide photos). The denomination die-cut inlay appears to be exact.

Do we know of this exact construction (flush, die-cut inlay/not the embossed rim design; there could be others) from anywhere else other than Spain...?

The monogram is CC and, if it is from Spain; that might explain why some were found in Cuba way back when I bought these from a flower shop in IL.

This exact chip was said to he from. NOLA, thinking the obverse was an "O" on worn pieces. Not an "O" letter.

I also called Jim B. and sent him an example back then.
