I encountered the same today. Not sure what went wrong but when I called AOL Tech Support, I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes, until a recorded message mercifully came across the speaker-phone -- they are working on the repair, it should be okay by 3 PM. And it was. Some Stoopid Blerk Can Monster must have pushed the All-Hawaii Air Raid Alarm Button again!!
