NCR - Pinball Museum in Las Vegas...

....has anyone else been to the Pinball Museum in Las Vegas. We stopped by a couple of times while on vacation there last week and it was great fun - in short, a warehouse with hundreds of old pinball machines as well as other arcade machines - first time I have played Asteroids in decades!!!

Probably been noted here before but I haven't spotted it, and so this was a fun find for us. I used to play a lot when I was younger.

Many machines are owned by individual collectors and are there I guess as it may be difficult to keep them at home, but that can all be played and many either gave 5 balls per game or cheaper than usual rates so a great value hour or two. They use the money to pay their bills and the rest goes to charity and so no issues about having to fund the location. I completely understand the differences with what we are trying to do with the MOGH but there were also similarities in that this is a venue brought about by a group of like minded enthusiasts in a local club.

In any case, a fun stop during our vacation and I recommend for anyone to at least stop by and have a look. It's on E Tropicana and so only a few minutes by car from the Strip or McCarron Airport.
