Yes Luis this has happened to me a couple years ago. The exact same thing. I had to tell them it was a matchbook from the Habana Hilton, Cuba. They eventually cleared the purchase and all was good. That’s why one guy on eBay calls his Cuban chips antique instead of Cuba or Cuban. Occasionally it brings up a red flag and they check. Probably just protocol for illegal “Cuban” items not for import.
Don’t worry it’s not you just them doing their job.
