Historically, we know for a fact that if an inventory was not returned to a manufacturer, it must be somewhere, especially if there is no account of destuction... and, the only sweet part if this may be the case, is that the inventory reappears a hundred and twenty years later. It happens and it's not uncommon. Then, maybe, there may be something bitter in the not-too-far future.

Has there been any research and has any of this research been reported...?
