Joe’s Pool Parlor opened in 1916. They changed to Artichoke Joe’s about 1921. Most of the early business was a “bookie operation ‘. Joe Sr. also had in hand in other businesses.

Artichoke Joe’s has been ran by the same family for 105 years. It’s the 3rd generation with the 4th generation working there now.

There should be a book coming out early next year.
