There is even the slightest possibility of inappropriately, I did want to mention a few things.

1) yes my wife DID win twice
2) There were at least 2 dozen witnesses at the drawings
3) I personally buy $250-$300 worth of tickets each an every year where I never seem to win.
4) a lot of what she won was actually donated by ME
5) the majority of the winnings will be donated back to next years raffle
6) next years raffle winners will be drawn by someone else as I honestly never expected to win.
