Terrible! AA has to cancel random flights because of the 737 Max debacle, and then they blame air traffic control. Baloney! 737 not their fault, but take care of your passengers! I guarantee airport hotels not sold out. Tell them if you can find a room, will they pay for it, and see what blank response you get. I was in the airline industry for 33 years, including customer service, and this crap makes me mad!
