We spent last Saturday night at DFW courtesy of American Airlines. They abruptly cancelled our flight into Jackson about 11:00pm and offered no apologies, coffee, blankets or pillows. Worst customer service of any airline and that's saying a lot. We finally had to rent a van to get home. Think twice before booking AA.
