Why would my desktop computer, dis connect me from the Chip Query? And that includes all of the Chip Guide 3 circles of information ie: my collection, wanted & for trade markings. In other words it now dis allows me to make a trade request, mark my traders available, mark my collection as I get new/old items, and dis allows me to mark a chip wanted. I can still see and use this service on my cell. I have re submitted a request for the service twice, sent Charles K. an email note. Help...Reggie
