Some collectors traveling in Europe usually contact other chip collectors, prior, and make all types of arrangenents to meet up (many seek older Las Vegas).

Some excellent contacts can be made at delcampe.net with casual collectors... and local numi clubs, shops and collectors.

I think you will find much more cooperation with European chip collectors in searching about.
