Correct. The chip relates to the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles, though the chip doesn't use the word Olympics for copyright reasons. I think one of the events may have been in Las Vegas (though not sure on that). Some people were staying in outlying areas, such as LV, and going to the games.

One story is that these were given out to airline passengers going from LV to LA during the Olympics. Can't confirm that, or which airline(s) though.

Regardless, it's a nice looking chip. A box (or more) was sold into the hobby about a year ago +/-.
