Roy, the chip is listed as Victory Hall Club which I doubt is the same as Victory Club.
I used to stop in the Victory Club whenever I would pass thru McGill in the 70s and all
they had was maybe 4 or 5 Mills Hi-Top machines. Fuller lists 21-? in the 40s-?
I took this photo in 2012 when it was a private residence. The sign says New Victory
Club. I don't know the place closed - I think it is still a private residence.
