Now THAT's a contradictory admission that I've not heard before. UNCIRCULATED coins are graded MS60 through MS70. Sahara Coins has now responded that their (slabbed) "chips that grade 60 and up are NEW chips WITH CIRCULATION"
IS THE CC & GTCC BOARD PAYING ATTENTION? IF SO, HOW ABOUT A RESPONSE?
