Disregard my last post about The Willows location. I did some further digging and found the exact location in the Reno Historical Society's web site. When I googled mapped the address it shows the distinctive hill in the old photo, right where it should be. The original photo would have been taken where the red dot is. I guess one would have to trust the Reno historians rather than me.
