I agree with Pete. He was upfront about the charges in the auction listing. The only part I disagree with in what Pete said is the not leaving feedback. If in fact he ships the chip to you in a timely manner I still feel like a positive is warranted. He did list all of the charges in the auction listing. I would avoid all of the sellers auctions in the future. If I were you I might even send him a friendly e-mail explaining your choice. Hope my opinion helps.
