Hi Rich. While I already have this "token" I thought I would add some manufacturer info about it and others.

This type of token was manufactured by CHIPCO. It is composed to 3 pieces. A light-weight, aluminum, spoked disk and 2 plastic discs. The 2 plastic discs are printed on one side and the blank sides are sonically fused to the spokes of the aluminum disk. CHIPCO could manufacturer these in 2 sizes (perhaps more). This is the 39mm version and there is a larger version for $5 token. Initially, if I recall correctly, CHIPCO marketed these under their PRO-TEK line, which also included the plastic coated tokens, which failed because the plastic would chip and leave debris in slot machines, resulting in jams.
