when I got started in the casino chip hobby. I have stored many memories of Mel and you working with me on many transactions to get me into better chips and trying to persuade me to get out of the more common pieces and into something that may have lasting value. So you both were willing to take some on my junk to get me going on a path to a better future in the Hobby so I wouldn’t get discouraged right away that you both were willing to eat some of my mistakes. For that I will be forever grateful! If it were not for Armin and Mel I would have probably not stayed in the hobby. To this day I do not know the entire story of why Mel was asked to leave the club. I just know he was there as an integral part of the club and chip association and then he was gone for the most part. Rest in peace my old friend. Your knowledge and your help in getting me going in this hobby will never be forgotten. Thank you for the time you spent with me and I hope you’re in a better place now. God bless you as you left an important mark on many and the chip collecting hobby. My sincere condolences to the family and of course Arman who lost a very special friend!
