As I said in my post, I didn't get any PRC chips in the box, but there are stories and there are stories, and all evidence has to be weighed. In my case with the box, there was plenty of good evidence:
¶ the box had the Assist Atty. Generals business name and address (Ballston Spa, near Saratoga) on the parcel, wirth old postmarked stamps.
¶ many of the chips were clearly Saratoga , eg., Brook Club
¶ I knew the flea mkt dealer for a long time, and he doesn't deal in chips at all.
¶ he sold the chips in the box for very little (a good indication that he wasn't lying; no need to).
