About 7 years ago I was fortunate to buy a box filled with chips at my local flea mkt. The seller said they were from the estate of the person named on the box. See the mailing label below. Ballston Spa is very close to Saratoga Springs..............There were a number of different chips in the cardboard box, some pictured below. Unfortunately, there were no PRCs......................I can say this about the PRCs -- they were sold by a dealer from that area who says they are from the Piping Rock Club.
