Keeping in mind that The Brook (1921-1934) (associated with Mr. Rothstein was a different club than the MeadowBrook but then apparently the Meadowbrook became known as the The Brook)

According to Ed The Meadowbrook was built in 1934, in 1936 Doc Farone (associated with Riley's and Smith's Interlaken) took over. According to Ed's site the place operated until 1953 when Doc had legal problems.

The Farone family is still around Saratoga.
