I was looking up a value for my $5 Foxxy Lady chip that I acquired in the early 90's from Bill Borland("the gambler") at his little store in Vegas, named "World Wide Casino Exchange" aka "The Gambler's Store". In the U.S. Casino Chip Price guide, it mentioned "beware of Borland counterfeits". Does anyone know of his history and what other chips he may have counterfeited? Was he a notorious counterfeiter?
