Al, though this is not advice; I can only tell you how I ship to the EU... and that is in a bubble mailer and customs declaration which costs me $14.25.

You might want to visit your local post office and ask them what they suggest for mailing other than a document/letter. Tell them exactly what it is you're mailing.

I have done otherwise in the past... The results were not good; very costly.
