Today, I received a lot of tokens I won on an eBay auction. It was one of the Franklin Mint 1968 series that comes packaged in a cardboard holder. The seller put the set in a REGULAR envelope with cardboard on both sides between the envelope and the set. When the letter arrived, someone had already sliced open the envelope at one end and removed the tokens from the holder and then put everything back into the envelope.
It costs so little to use bubble mailers, why doesn't everyone use them. They are re-uable too! They provide superior protection and obscure the contents from prying eyes. When will they learn?
