Sorry for coming in late, but the best craps book I have found is "Winning Craps for the Serious Player." J. Edward Allen. None of the bogus systems or scams on betting the Pass and the Don't at the same time. Just basic facts and percentages. If you can rent of find a video, do it after reading the book, and have a good laugh.

Meanwhile everything you need to know about craps.
A) There are only three bets on the crap table that you are interested in, the rest favor the house too much.
1) Pass or Don't Pass
2) Come Bet or Don't come
3) place the 6 or the 8

B) always take at least double odds on your bets, because they pay off at true odds.

C) Always place your bets in three units so you can get true odds on the odds bet.

D) Everything else on the table should look invisible. ;-)

No matter how many times you see people who take the "Yo" (eleven) hard ways, the field or anything else, it's not for you.
