Gold Rush in Cripple Creek, Colo. I was a fun bet, I played at the casino 50 times got to know the few dealers, and finally, when one dealer was retiring he slipped me one. Now my problem over and over, Trying to find a chip, it will take me 45 minutes. As, I'm the most unorganized collector, just have a fifty (hundred chips per rack) full of chips in no organized manner. Also, my big problem starting 35 years ago, I just picked up all different chips, not specializing in any area. Also, traveled all over the US and world, and went to 100 different casinos, and never took any pictures. Wish I found the club earlier, been a member for 20 years, but I'm a very slow learner. Now at 81 my memory is not so good. Hope some new collectors can learn from my mistakes. I've sold over 2,000-3,000 chips on e-bay, but none in the last 5-7 years.
