Please advise Mr. Katz that this statement is NOT accurate. It means that slabbing companies and people like Mr. Katz MAY receive a MS69 or MS70 grade assigned to their silver strikes that are submitted to the slabbing companies.... but I doubt if Mr. Katz, or anyone else, will be able to tell the difference. We're talking about very subtle differences here that can't be distinguished by the naked eye.
