We had a similar problem when we had our business. Those fork trucks with the small tires just can't move over anything with a soft surface. One of our $6 an hour wonders decided to take our fork truck though a grassy area and got is so stuck that we had to get our next door neighbor to bring his big fork tuck over to pull the idiot out. Those were the good old days but still glad I retired 18 years ago.
