Wishful thinking - I wish some one or a group - will develop a "ChipIDex" similar to IAFIS (Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System) fingerprints database.

Or a ROBOT with Artificial Intelligence Graphic Recognition, feed the chip scan and will tell me all about the chip infos.
