I have the chip listed in the subject -- TCR#E8284. TCR says that there are 500 of them, each with a serial #. My chip is 664 (unless I'm reading it wrong); the chip shown in ChipGuide (CG074089) is 664; the example chip for an eBay sale is 664.

1) Does everybody have 664?
2) Why is the serial number higher than the quantity?
3) Is this legit?
4) Am I covering ground already covered?
