I haven't had a problem like that, but when I have had other printing problems (like garbled results), I have saved the file as a PDF (you can often do this by changing the designated printer to "save as PDF" rather than your usual printer. I open the PDF later and print from there.

This has been helpful when troubleshooting (is it Ebay, or is it the printer?) and also when my printer is unavailable and I want to save something to print later or off-line.

The other thing I would check - make sure your default printer in the Ebay label function is the right printer
