Not exactly. They are just dealer trays.
A float tray is what they use to do a fill at a table. I can't find a pic right now.
It is a plastic cube with locks which holds a number of 'racks'. These racks hold the chips vertically rather than horizontally and have a locking device to stop the chips falling out. When they stand the rack on the table they can release the locking device and the 5 barrels slide straight out onto the felt.
