Roger, I think the other contributors are correct, the first note - is Greek to me! Shows Dr. George Papanikoulaou. The words to the right of his image, what looks like "ARAXMES" is "DRACHMAS" their monetary units, DEKA = Ten, bottom word XIVI... must be "THOUSANDS." The "51" in ink and creasing reduce the bill's value to collectors.
The 10 banknote below, HAROKA BAHKA (that's definitely BANKA) seems to be from MACEDONIA (MAKEDOHNJA).
