Ed: I am not sure you can download a windows program for use on the Chromebook machine. Again, not sure, but I think there are ways to hack an Android app to run the app on Chromebook, but very difficult to make all the internal changes. Not worth the bother in my opinion. Maybe, someone else with more knowledge will chime in on this thread.
