"but the majority are for bilking the public"

I normally stay out of these threads but could not pass this statement.

No one is bilking anyone. If you can buy it for $5 and then take it back for a full refund, where is the "BILK"?

LE's mainly started in about 1995 because the collectors begged/demanded them. Collectors are still buying them. I think the above statement is an insult to all LE collectors.
